Lead design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM and AEM as a Cloud Service).
Build and maintain multi-site, multi-lingual, multi-channel publishing solutions leveraging AEM WCM, DAM, and MSM.
Guide AEM migration, integrations with enterprise services (CRM, analytics, headless APIs), and optimize performance and security.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years total software development experience; 3 to 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service).
Proficiency in Core Java/J2EE, REST web services, and front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, modern JavaScript (ES6+), responsive frameworks (Bootstrap, React, or Vue).
Experience with AEM core technologies: Apache Sling, OSGi (Apache Felix), JCR, CRX, Granite UI, HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, Dispatcher configuration, replication agents, and cloud manager pipelines.
Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments, build and version control tools (Maven, Webpack, Babel, Git, Jenkins, Adobe Cloud Manager), and unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).

Senior-level AEM developer with deep technical expertise in AEM platform architecture and cloud service implementations.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration translating business needs into scalable technical solutions within Agile teams.
Familiar with DevOps automation, code quality enforcement (TDD, CI/CD), and mentoring junior developers.
