Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Instahyre, and an ATS (Workable preferred).
Experience working in Seed/Series A or early-stage startups, preferably in deep-tech, robotics, or AI domains.
Ability to hold credible technical conversations on topics such as diffusion models, ROS2, embedded control systems to effectively assess candidate fit.
Proven success managing vendor relationships and building structured recruiting processes including interviews, scorecards, and sourcing playbooks.
