Collaborate with Business Analysts and other IT teams to estimate workload, select appropriate technical solutions, and align requirements to working software outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 12 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft stack technologies.
Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF Rest, WebAPI, unit testing frameworks, and SQL databases.
Experience with SOLID principles, design patterns, UML, OOP, SOA, n-tier architecture, and Agile methodologies (preferably SCRUM).
Engineering graduate or postgraduate with at least 2 years of hands-on lead experience providing technical solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading and mentoring globally distributed teams with a focus on technical quality and timely delivery.
Technically versatile across Microsoft stack and front-end technologies including Angular 2+, JavaScript, TypeScript, and UI testing frameworks.
Capable of critical thinking and constructive collaboration with cross-functional teams including Architects and Business Analysts to drive optimal design decisions.
