About This Role
- Drive growth of QR & Soundbox product distribution and market share in assigned region.
- Recruit, plan, and lead sales team including Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to meet targets.
- Ensure quality standards and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales done by the team.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2C markets.
- MBA in Marketing.
- Willingness to travel extensively within specified area.
- Experience in quota driven sales is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong networking skills with ability to manage large teams and coaching capabilities.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Sales experience in payments or finance domain is a plus but not mandatory.
