About This Role
- Lead technical design and architecture for ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, Service Catalog, and Integrations.
- Develop and configure custom applications, workflows, automations, and enterprise-level integrations using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Manage releases, upgrades, deployments and drive ITSM automation and process optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Proficiency in ITSM modules, CMDB, Service Portal, Integration Hub, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP integrations.
- Certified System Admin (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications highly desired.
- Work Experience Required: 6+ years in ServiceNow development.

- Experienced in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations with third-party platforms like Azure, AWS, and Active Directory.
- Capable of bridging technical and non-technical communication with stakeholders including business owners and project managers.
