About This Role
- Ensure secure, robust operation of client infrastructures by managing and resolving complex security incidents in a managed services environment.
- Handle third-line support, root cause analysis of critical incidents, SLA adherence, and apply advanced solutions and operational improvements.
- Create knowledge articles, train junior members, contribute to automation, and potentially manage projects within security technology domain.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience handling complex security infrastructure within managed services environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or equivalent work experience.
- Deep working knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Workplace type: On-site.
