Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in billing or order-to-cash operations in complex, high-volume environments.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency with billing or ERP platforms such as SAP S4 or Kenan FX.
Experience with billing automation, AI-assisted reconciliation tools, and familiarity with SOX controls in billing or AR context.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in B2B billing models including subscription, SaaS, gross settlement, and financial services within FinTech or payment domains.
Skilled in managing distributed global teams with operational complexity across multiple time zones and concurrent workstreams.
Proven ability to leverage AI and analytics for process improvement and to lead system integration projects with agile and engineering teams.
