Minimum Requirements
10+ years experience in billing or order-to-cash operations in a complex, high-volume environment.
Proficient with billing or ERP platforms such as SAP S4 or Kenan FX, and knowledgeable in billing automation, RPA, or AI-assisted tools.
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing global teams or people management for 3+ years preferred but not explicitly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced operator in global B2B billing environments with expertise in subscription, SaaS, financial services, and multi-currency billing models.
Strong collaborator and coordinator able to manage escalations, cross-functional stakeholder alignment, and partner closely with engineering and finance technology teams.
Analytically inclined with skill in translating data insights from large billing datasets into actionable operational decisions and controls.
