About This Role
- Own architecture, delivery planning, release management, and governance for a large-scale NGS digital transformation program.
- Lead workstreams including Business Central Financials, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, API integrations, data migration, and reporting.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and coordinate global business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure risk-controlled, on-time releases.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-15+ years experience in ERP/CRM transformation programmes.
- 8+ years in solution architecture and delivery leadership.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financials, with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and Power Pages.
- Strong experience with enterprise integration technologies including REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.

- Experienced in managing complex digital transformation programmes with multiple parallel global delivery workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability in executive stakeholder management and customer-facing leadership roles.
