About This Role
- Design and develop enhancements and programming changes for systems software components including operating systems and networking tools.
- Analyze design requirements, perform coding, integration, and testing for assigned software subsystems, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal and outsourced development teams to communicate design status, progress, and resolve issues effectively.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 6-10 years of experience in programming, OS concepts, and networking concepts.
- Strong programming skills in C and C++, and solid understanding of Linux OS concepts.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including data plane/L2, L3 forwarding, ACL, and firewall concepts.
- Onsite work expectation at HPE office.
