About This Role
- Define, create, automate, and maintain key operational and statistical data measures and analyses.
- Lead analytics efforts including developing new processes, delivering measures/analyses, and driving continuous service/process improvement.
- Coach other Data Analysts and lead a team of data scientists and engineers, developing analytics methodologies and practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines from recognized institutions.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in analytics and development activities.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Excel/Access including VBA programming; knowledge of Python, Agentic AI, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery) considered primary competencies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in telecommunications domain is a plus enhancing domain understanding and relevance.
- Capable of translating business requirements into analytics and driving continuous improvement.
- Has leadership skills to coach and lead multi-disciplinary analytics teams including data scientists and engineers, focusing on operationalizing analytics as a practice.
