About This Role
- Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests using NeoLoad.
- Create and maintain performance test scripts including correlation, parameterization, and dynamic data handling.
- Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations; prepare performance test reports and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis NeoLoad.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing.
- Good understanding of performance testing concepts, workload modelling, and performance metrics.
- Experience with HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, web applications, and distributed systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in collaborating with development, QA, DevOps, and application teams for troubleshooting performance issues.
- Adept at building realistic workload models based on business and application requirements.
- Possesses strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on performance optimization.
