About This Role
- Act as primary technical expert for HPE data center networking products, specializing in Juniper technologies, providing network design, troubleshooting, testing, and automation support.
- Manage break/fix activities to restore customer services efficiently and reduce recurrence risk.
- Lead customer technical engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to design reviews and cross-functional engineering projects integrating new technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of experience in data center routing, switching, and network architecture with hands-on expertise in HPE Juniper products like QFX, PTX, MX, and EX series.
- Proven skills in test automation and scripting using Python.
- Role requires up to 10% travel and hybrid working with approximately 2 days per week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep technical proficiency with Juniper Networks products and Junos software testing and certification.
- Experienced in empirical analysis, modeling, and validating complex network product designs with strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Able to influence across teams and customers by presenting architecture and design proposals, negotiating with senior management, and driving innovation in large scale network environments.
