About This Role
- Lead design and development of scalable, modular web applications with focus on frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Tailwind, CSS).
- Own UI feature development end-to-end, including unit and end-to-end testing, maintenance of legacy UI applications, and peer code reviews.
- Mentor engineers, drive frontend best practices, participate in architectural decisions, and evaluate new technologies including AI tools to enhance UI development.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of software development experience with strong frontend emphasis.
- Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+)/TypeScript, React, Tailwind, HTML, SASS, CSS, and frontend testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
- Experience with modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite), CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in software development with frontend exposure.

- Experienced leader capable of mentoring engineers and leading frontend technical decisions with strong ownership from feature inception to deployment.
- Comfortable with both frontend and backend concepts, including consuming REST APIs and understanding backend fundamentals like data modeling and microservices.
- Familiar with modern development environments and continuously integrates new technologies, including AI tools, to optimize UI development and performance.
