About This Role

Lead applications analysis and programming for Oracle EBS P2P solution, ensuring integration and system enhancements align with business goals.

Develop and enforce standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation while resolving high-impact technical problems.

Coach mid-level developers and analysts, managing project delivery and compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.

Strong technical and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2.9, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Payables, and Project Accounting.

Proficiency with PL/SQL, AOL, Oracle Workflows, Oracle Forms and Reports, XML, BI Publisher, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), SOAP and RESTful web services.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; Master’s degree preferred.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in managing successful projects and implementing complex Oracle EBS applications development solutions.

Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to adjust priorities quickly and coach development teams.

Familiarity with Gen AI-enabled development tools and modern engineering workflows to enhance software delivery quality and velocity.
