About This Role
- Lead application systems analysis and programming activities, including establishing and implementing new or revised application systems in coordination with the Technology team.
- Resolve complex business and system process problems by conducting in-depth evaluations and ensure application design aligns with overall architecture.
- Serve as a technical advisor or coach to mid-level developers, manage work allocation, and drive compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
Minimum Requirements
- 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis roles.
- Strong expertise in Angular, Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and Oracle PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, backend services, authentication/authorization solutions, and enterprise integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Applications Development with proven leadership and project management skills.
- Experience building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications using Spring Boot and Microservices Architecture.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development including frontend, middleware, API, and database layers with proficiency in database design and SQL optimization.
