About This Role
- Own end-to-end QA delivery and governance for programs/releases, including test strategy, automation architecture, and executive reporting.
- Lead and mentor QA teams focusing on automation, architecture, and modern AI-assisted quality engineering practices for improved speed and quality.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted testing tools and methods to optimize requirements analysis, test coverage, defect triage, and quality metrics management.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied experience with formal software engineering training or certification.
- Proven ability to write automated tests in Java, TypeScript, or Python using Selenium or Playwright.
- Expertise in JIRA, ALM tools (QTEST), and CI/CD integration tools like Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing concepts with emphasis on validation, traceability, and controlled usage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading QA/test strategy and technical direction across multiple teams with delivery governance experience.
- Strong proficiency in implementing AI-assisted software development/testing tools with an emphasis on responsible and secure AI usage.
- Comfortable driving modernization of QA practices in complex, regulated environments, ideally with some exposure to finance or banking domain.
