About This Role
- Define and govern end-to-end environment and batch management capabilities across complex client implementation programs.
- Lead environment readiness, batch execution, testing, conversion, and operational readiness ensuring successful go-live outcomes.
- Serve as central coordination point across multiple stakeholder groups and drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in environment management, batch operations, implementation delivery, platform operations, enterprise technology, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of testing lifecycles, release management, data conversion, operational readiness, and batch-processing frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage complex implementations and cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and systems.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years
