Experienced in operational support roles within financial or project management domains with hands-on tool expertise (Kimble, NetSuite, SFDC).
Comfortable working collaboratively across business and operational teams to maintain and improve execution standards.
Able to manage detailed operational tasks including data hygiene, invoicing processes, license administration, and adopting AI tools for enhanced productivity.
