Lead Software Engineer : Vice President

Define and drive strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, focusing on cloud-native, event-driven platforms and modernization initiatives.

Lead multiple Agile engineering teams across geographies for end-to-end delivery of strategic programs with quality and predictability.

Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams, provide technical mentorship, and establish engineering standards and governance for operations technology systems supporting global post-trade functions.

15+ years software engineering experience with at least 8 years in leadership managing multiple engineering teams or Agile squads.

Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architectures, distributed systems, and event-driven design.

Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containerization, and enterprise-scale cloud-native applications.

Work Experience Required: 15+ years in software engineering, including leadership roles.

Experienced in leading large-scale modernization and transformation programs in financial services or complex enterprise tech environments.

Proven ability to manage geographically distributed teams and collaborate across multi-functional stakeholders at senior levels.

Strong technical leadership in Java ecosystem, cloud platforms, event streaming (Kafka, MQ, etc.), and operational governance for mission-critical systems.
