4 to 7 years of experience in HR operations, onboarding, HR shared services, employee lifecycle administration, or global mobility support.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Ability to work from Bangalore office five days a week and rotate across shifts including nights.
Experience with multi-country employee lifecycle management and compliance, including immigration and visa processes.
Hands-on expertise with major HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors and CRM/case management tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, compliance-sensitive transactions accurately under strict service levels, while mentoring junior team members.
