Role requires fund and transfer-agency domain experience specific to asset management, limiting cross-industry fit.
Explicit 3–5 years requirement and preferred transfer-agency experience make filters moderately strict.
Manage daily operations related to Trailer Fees, PPL, and UK Offshore funds including calculation, validation, pricing, reporting, and agreement updates.
Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies, maintain process documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives within fund operations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely task completion within SLAs and provide support for onboarding and ad-hoc inquiries.
3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in transfer agency or investment operations.
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial systems.
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
Experienced in fund operations and transfer agency processes with proven ability to manage operational controls and discrepancies.
Capable of working independently and in teams, managing multiple tasks within SLAs in a financial services environment.
Comfortable liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders including third-party administrators in a structured corporate setting.
