About This Role
- Support, configure, and enhance enterprise-wide Workday Recruiting and Talent applications as part of a global Workday–Phenom transformation initiative.
- Analyze requirements and implement functional and technical solutions to improve talent acquisition and management systems.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and technical teams to deliver project outcomes, maintain reports, and drive continuous improvement in talent systems.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of experience with Workday applications, specifically Workday Recruiting and Workday Talent.
- Hands-on experience in a Workday–Phenom implementation or integration project.
- Ability to work flexible hours for supporting US-based projects.
