Experienced technologist capable of end-to-end software development and system implementation within Virtual Assistant or Conversational AI projects.
Comfortable working as a technical escalation point handling complex incident management and able to collaborate cross-functionally with network and vendor teams.
Skilled in integrating applications with Large Language Models and managing cloud infrastructure in Agile delivery environments.
