About This Role
- Own the target-state architecture for Smartsheet's AI platform integrating Data, Agents, Knowledge Graph, and Context Graph into a coherent system.
- Design and maintain agent harness framework including orchestration, lifecycle management, evaluation, and capability classification at platform scale.
- Lead technical partnerships with Databricks, AWS, Anthropic, and others; translate partner roadmaps into platform decisions and prototypes.
Minimum Requirements
- Hands-on experience architecting production agentic systems on Databricks Platform, AWS Bedrock/AgentCore and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Expertise in agent orchestration, sub-agent boundaries, tracing, evaluation, governance, and platform-scale cost/latency instrumentation.
- Strong background in ontology design, ingestion pipelines, and retrieval/grounding evaluation for Knowledge and Context Graph-based systems.
