Familiar with product configuration, selection, estimating, or CPQ platforms, preferably within HVAC, Fire Detection, or Building Automation industries.
Prior exposure to sales/post-sales or engineering support functions involving JCI products with hands-on experience in tools like Salesforce, Jira, and BI reporting platforms.
