Manager - Data Analytics & SAP Process Development

Lead and own the global supply chain analytics capability focusing on Order to Delivery (O2D) process transformation, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across regions and markets.

Manage and develop end-to-end O2D processes including SAP process development, orchestrate multi-functional teams (customer service, logistics, IT, etc.) to deliver scalable, standardized solutions aligned with market and system realities.

Build and lead a global data analytics team delivering supply chain insights via dashboards, advanced analytics, and AI/ML, driving adoption and embedding insights into operational decision-making while ensuring data quality and governance.

12 to 16 years of relevant experience in Order to Delivery and supply chain process areas with leadership and global team management exposure.

University degree required; MBA or equivalent with specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred; Supply Planning Accreditation (APICS or similar) preferred.

Advanced digital literacy with strong SAP (SD, MM/WM, TMS), Power BI, SQL, and experience with supply chain/customer analytics and SAP process excellence.

Up to 10% travel expected; role is not remote; relocation within country is eligible.

Experienced leader in global supply chain O2D process design and transformation with strong capability in driving cross-functional change and managing multi-region initiatives.

Strategic operator with high proficiency in integrating process, system, and data perspectives to deliver value in service, cost, working capital, and customer experience.

Proven skills in agile delivery, backlog management, and executive communication, capable of translating complex supply chain data and systems insights into actionable business decisions.
