About This Role
- Define and lead analytical strategy across multiple Trust & Risk domains to prioritize high-impact opportunities and guide decision-making.
- Develop and standardize enterprise-level measurement frameworks for customer trust, transaction risk, losses, and decision quality across complex portfolios.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8-12 years or Master's/PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience in quantitative research, analytics, or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python/R programming and SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Experience leading multiple complex analytical workstreams simultaneously with measurable business outcomes.
- Work Experience Required: 8-12 years (Bachelor) or 6+ years (Master's/PhD) in relevant fields.

- Proven ability to translate complex, ambiguous business problems into clear analytical strategies with significant organizational impact.
- Experience in marketplace Trust, Risk, fraud, transaction risk, or related domains, particularly in e-commerce or technology companies.
