About This Role
- Lead and grow a team of manual and automation QA engineers ensuring high-quality delivery of fintech SaaS products.
- Define and execute QA strategy including integration of automation and shift-left testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Own end-to-end product quality for credit and payment workflows, driving continuous improvement through quality metrics and root cause analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required.
- 10+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience with at least 3 years in QA team leadership.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Java-based automation frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, RestAssured.
- Experience in testing enterprise SaaS products within the BFSI or fintech domain.

- Experienced leader capable of scaling QA teams, processes, and quality culture in a fast-growing fintech or BFSI SaaS environment.
- Technically proficient with deep knowledge of automation architecture, API testing, and CI/CD integration specifically for financial workflows.
- Strategic thinker who can champion quality engineering excellence across product releases and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps.
