About This Role
- Perform comprehensive scenario-based manual testing and execute automated test scripts using Playwright with Python to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Analyze requirements to develop detailed test scenarios, plans, and cases covering various test techniques including boundary, decision table, and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate software functionality, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high test coverage, including mobile device testing where applicable.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-9 years of experience in software testing, verification, and validation.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing methodologies including Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Table Testing, State Transition Testing, and Exploratory Testing.
- Work Experience Required: 6-9 years in software testing; Experience with Playwright automation using Python is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience designing comprehensive test scenarios from complex requirements and workflows.
- Familiarity with medical device standards ISO 13485 and IEC 62304 indicating domain exposure to regulated environments.
- Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile processes, and ability to contribute in agile ceremonies to improve testing processes.
