About This Role
- Deliver hands-on full stack engineering solutions embedded within client environments using Java, React, and AI/GenAI technologies.
- Design and develop scalable Java microservices, high-performance React frontend applications, and integrate AI/GenAI features such as LLMs and RAG pipelines.
- Act as primary technical interface with client stakeholders, managing architecture reviews, technical assessments, and mentoring client engineering teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of full stack engineering experience with Java backend, React frontend, and AI/GenAI integration in production environments.
- Proficiency with Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Hibernate/JPA), React.js (TypeScript, Redux, REST API integration), and AI engineering (LLM integration, RAG pipelines, LangChain or LlamaIndex).
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS or Azure, including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline management.
- Experience working in client-facing or consulting roles; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior full stack engineer with combined expertise in Java backend, React frontend, and AI/GenAI integration, capable of end-to-end feature ownership.
- Consulting or client-embedded engineering experience, comfortable managing ambiguity and engaging technical leadership (CTOs, engineering directors).
- Strong systems design and architecture skills with ability to influence client technology strategy and mentor engineering teams.
