Lead development of power system protection and control solutions including defining technical requirements and specifications.

Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance throughout product lifecycle and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Master’s or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 10 years in protection and control system design and studies; at least 5 years in detailed design specifications for P&C algorithms, preferably in relay manufacturing.
Proficient in MATLAB/Simulink and power system simulation tools such as RTDS, PSCAD, or ATP/EMTP.
Deep knowledge of power system protection, automation, standards, communications protocols (IEC61850, Modbus, DNP3.0, IEC60870-5-103), and a proven track record of industry publication/presentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical authority skilled in model-based design, system simulation, and innovation within power system protection and control products.
Able to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical discussions with stakeholders internally and externally.
Familiarity with grid modernization, high voltage systems, and substation automation products is preferred and indicates a strong strategic fit.
