Deliver accurate, timely workforce reporting and analysis for People Organization and business stakeholders.
Translate business questions into reports, analyze data for trends, and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation; support and improve recurring reporting processes.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Minimum 1+ years hands-on experience in data reporting, analysis, and stakeholder support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience or aptitude to use Workday reporting, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
Work Location: Gurgaon; Working Style: Hybrid; Shift Time: 12PM to 9PM IST.

Experienced in workforce or People data analytics with attention to detail and accuracy.
Capable of independently managing recurring analytical tasks and supporting stakeholders professionally.
Comfortable following data governance standards and improving reporting processes in a structured environment.
