About This Role
- Analyze behavioral health and substance abuse data to identify trends, inform business decisions, and improve care.
- Develop and refine analytical models for member targeting, customer segmentation, and program outcome measurement.
- Lead projects including test and pilot program design, authoring white papers, and presenting findings at industry conferences.
Minimum Requirements
- MS, MA, or PhD in quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Epidemiology, Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Research.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics related to behavioral health.
- Location requirement: Must reside within commuting distance of designated office locations (Illinois, Virginia) due to hybrid work policy.
- Strong skills in SAS or SQL are mandatory; additional skills in Python, Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI, and AI/ML are preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with behavioral health data analytics, especially mental health, behavioral health, and substance use disorder datasets.
- Capable of presenting analytical insights clearly to business leaders and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Skilled in developing segmentation and targeting strategies that integrate analytics with clinical and operational considerations.
