About This Role
- Lead and scale a high-performing Automation & AI engineering team focused on enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.
- Own end-to-end delivery, technical oversight, and integration of automation and AI solutions including Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives.
- Drive engineering standards, agile practices, DevOps, and collaborate with business stakeholders to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years in Software Engineering, Automation, or Enterprise Application Development.
- At least 5 years experience in people management as Engineering Manager or Sr Engineering Manager.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA components including Orchestrator, AI Center, and Document Understanding.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and engineering governance practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven engineering leader skilled at building and scaling teams and delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions.
- Experience integrating advanced AI technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG into automation workflows.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with business impact, communicating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
