Minimum Requirements
8+ years in technical consulting, Professional Services, or Solutions Architecture.
Minimum 2 years of Technical Assistance Center (TAC) or high-tier escalation support experience.
Strong expertise in Routing and Switching with protocols like Static Routing, BGP, and OSPF.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience; no visa sponsorship available.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in hands-on architectural design and deployment of enterprise SD-WAN solutions, especially Prisma SD-WAN.
Strong background in advanced networking including public cloud connectivity and legacy WAN deployments.
Demonstrated leadership in high-impact technical customer engagements and mentoring junior staff.
