About This Role
- Lead complex deployments and resolve advanced technical challenges related to Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) solutions.
- Drive product adoption by conducting specialized training, workshops, and strategic action plans to optimize customer use of enterprise CLM and PKI platforms.
- Act as a strategic advisor interfacing with C-suite and technical stakeholders, managing escalations, and ensuring customer success in hybrid cloud and network security environments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and large-scale network design, operations, and security.
- At least 3 years in customer-facing or advisory roles such as Customer Success, Consulting, or Support Engineering.
- Strong expertise in PKI technologies, cryptography standards, directory technologies (LDAP, Active Directory).
- Note: Role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
