About This Role
- Manage and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.1.3 database environment with focus on stability and performance.
- Lead upgrade to Oracle EBS 12.2 or migration to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Support financial closure cycles by ensuring database reliability, performance tuning, and application support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8–10 years of experience as Oracle DBA, with at least 5 years supporting Oracle EBS R12.
- Strong skills in Oracle 12c/19c, RMAN, Data Guard, OEM, Unix/Linux, shell scripting.
- Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, SCM, and HRMS.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Oracle EBS administration and upgrades/migration to cloud platforms (OCI preferred).
- Skilled in performance tuning, automation of DBA tasks, and troubleshooting PL/SQL and SQL queries.
- Capable of supporting complex financial systems with high reliability during critical closure periods.
