About This Role
- Lead project delivery and client stakeholder management for Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) engagements.
- Manage and guide teams of 8-10 experienced resources through solution design, implementation, and business development activities.
- Own EPM application architecture and drive solution design for planning, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of relevant experience with at least 7 years in consulting and business development.
- MBA (Finance) or CA or CMA qualification.
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan, Oracle EPM Suite, SAP GR/SAC, OneStream, Tagetik, or Workiva; minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience managing teams of 8-10 members independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven program lead with ability to independently drive solution design and client engagements in large organizations and projects.
- Expertise in Digital Finance, Planning, budgeting, financial reporting, and finance transformation across all phases including technology implementation.
- Strong experience combining enterprise performance management process knowledge with technology and data integration in a consulting context.
