About This Role
- Manage end-to-end fund raise support including preparation of loan documents, CMA projections, and coordinating due diligence with lenders and arrangers.
- Build and maintain a data room with comprehensive financial information for due diligence and analysis purposes.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and MIS for internal and external stakeholders, including covenant tracking and treasury performance updates.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA Finance/ CFA/ CA/ ICWA qualification mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Investment Banking, Treasury, or Corporate Finance, preferably with NBFC or Financial Institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work Experience Required: 3 years+ post qualification in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in coordinating with lenders and managing complex financial documentation independently.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to prepare detailed financial analysis and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in high-stakes treasury or corporate finance environments with emphasis on fund raising and financial reporting.
