About This Role
- Own end-to-end validation of customer-focused networking solutions through system-level testing, automation, and certification.
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans including feature, scale, migration, performance, and solution validation aligned with customer deployment architectures in Service Provider and Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to identify product gaps, drive root cause analysis, and improve solution reliability and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, Solution Validation, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Service Provider and Cloud networking, including large-scale network deployments and system-level testing.
- Experience with test automation using Python and/or Robot Framework and network testing tools like Ixia and Spirent.
- Role requires onsite work primarily from an HPE office.

- Deep expertise in Service Provider and Cloud networking technologies with strong system testing and solution validation skills.
- Proven ability to independently design and execute complex customer-specific test strategies and manage customer-facing validation projects.
- Experience leveraging or integrating AI-driven automation and emerging AI-powered testing tools to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
