About This Role
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using Python backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and ReactJS frontend.
- Build and manage REST APIs, microservices, authentication/authorization mechanisms.
- Lead development teams of 3-8 members, drive technical discussions, and deliver solutions in Agile/Scrum settings.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of strong experience in Python backend development.
- Proficient in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and UI frameworks like Material UI or Ant Design.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB preferred).
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership in managing small to medium development teams and mentoring members.
- Experienced in building scalable microservices architectures with strong backend and frontend expertise.
- Familiarity or experience with AI/ML integration, OpenAI services, and advanced AI tools is a plus but not mandatory.
