About This Role
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain backend software capabilities including APIs, services, and application components.
- Ensure quality, reliability, security, and maintainability of delivered code through automation, testing, monitoring, and production support activities.
- Collaborate within Agile teams and with cross-functional partners to translate requirements into working solutions and support continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant professional software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
- Hands-on experience with at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar).
- Experience developing or supporting web applications, APIs, backend services, and knowledge of software development fundamentals including CI/CD and version control.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend development in Agile environments with a focus on quality, maintainability, and operational readiness.
- Comfortable working with cloud platforms, microservices architecture, automated testing, and production support activities.
- Able to analyze and debug complex problems using data and logs, with a proactive approach to improving software quality and reliability.
