About This Role
- Lead validation and system-level testing of customer-focused networking solutions in Service Provider and Cloud environments.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans including automation to ensure product quality, scalability, and deployment readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to perform root cause analysis, identify gaps, certify software releases, and deliver customer-facing test reports and presentations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 10-15+ years of experience in Networking Systems Engineering, System Testing, or Solution Validation.
- Hands-on experience with Service Provider, Cloud, Core, or Edge networking environments and network device configuration (Junos/EVO preferred).
- Proficient in test automation development using Python and/or Robot Framework; experience with network traffic tools like Ixia and Spirent.

- Experienced individual contributor independently managing complex network solution validation projects for large-scale deployments.
- Expertise in Service Provider and Cloud networking technologies, strong system testing, automation skills, and ability to analyze customer network architectures.
- Skillful communicator collaborating effectively across development, field, and customer teams, with familiarity leveraging AI-driven testing tools for process improvements.
