About This Role
- Lead design and development of advanced RPA workflows using Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, integrating AI/ML capabilities to optimize business processes.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and oversee deployment and performance of RPA bots ensuring security and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development with Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, and AI/ML.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional (A360) and Power Automate PL500 certification required.
- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360), Power Automate, Python, and working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including NLP and predictive analytics.

- Experienced senior-level professional with multi-tool RPA expertise (Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and AI/ML integration skills.
