About This Role
- Support and operate PlayStation's global cloud infrastructure across networking, DNS, observability, identity, CDN, egress, and certificate management.
- Build and maintain automation tooling (Python scripts, Jenkins pipelines, Jira workflows) and internal dashboards to prevent incidents and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage cloud networking configurations (AWS VPC, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect) and contribute to service onboarding, runbook creation, and SLA definitions.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years relevant work experience in cloud platform support or DevOps engineering.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with AWS services: VPC, IAM, Route53, ACM, Secrets Manager, PrivateLink, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, AWS Firewall, CloudFormation, Lambda.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Jenkins pipelines, Terraform, and Jira automation.
- Location: Bengaluru; Education: B.E. degree required.

- Experienced in managing cloud networking and security configurations within a large-scale global infrastructure environment.
- Strong problem-solving focus with ability to identify operational gaps and proactively build tools and processes to prevent incidents.
- Comfortable working with observability tools like Splunk, DataDog, Grafana, and Prometheus, and integrating cross-functional service teams for smooth platform support.
