Serve as the primary technical expert for HPE data center networking products (Juniper QFX, PTX, MX, EX), supporting network design, troubleshooting, hardware/software testing, and automation.
Provide technical support for break/fix issues, restoring services quickly and advising customers on best practices for Junos configurations and network design.
Manage relationships with internal and external teams, contribute engineering leadership to projects, and mentor junior staff members.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of experience in data center routing, switching, and network architecture with hands-on experience on HPE Juniper products (QFX, PTX, MX, EX).
Proven ability to develop test automation and scripting using Python.
Ability to travel up to 10% to customer sites; hybrid work with average 2 days/week onsite at HPE office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Juniper Networks technologies and Junos software testing and certification.
Experienced in empirical analysis, modeling, testing methodologies, and engineering design tools relevant to network hardware and software.
Skilled in technical communication, able to present design proposals and negotiate with senior management; capable of mentoring and driving innovation in cross-functional teams.
