About This Role
- Own ChatGPT and Claude product capabilities, enhancements, and operational workflows, coordinating closely with US product managers.
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, UAT, release activities, issue resolution, and Tier 2 support for assigned AI platforms.
- Drive technical troubleshooting, platform testing, operational readiness, metrics monitoring, and stakeholder communication to improve platform reliability and user adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication concepts, and API testing/debugging tools.
- Experience managing and configuring enterprise SaaS or technology platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Agile environments with proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on with AI platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, or Co-pilot and comfortable driving technical troubleshooting and platform enhancements.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
