About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network engineering and operations services across enterprise environments, ensuring SLA and KPI adherence.
- Oversee network operations including routing & switching, LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, incident management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Manage delivery commitments, customer relationships, governance, escalations, and lead team development including resource planning and hiring.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years overall IT experience with minimum 8+ years hands-on network engineering experience.
- Minimum 3+ years delivery management experience leading network operations or engineering teams.
- Proficiency in Network Engineering: Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN & SD-WAN; Network Operations & Troubleshooting; Network Engineering Delivery Management.
- Intermediate experience with one of AWS, Azure, or GCP to support cloud-connected/hybrid networks.
