About This Role
- Define and track success metrics/OKRs to ensure measurable business outcomes post-release.
- Own and manage the Product Backlog including Epics and features, prioritizing to maximize Agile Team value delivery.
- Collaborate across stakeholders including PMO, Content Operations, and Technology teams to coordinate end-to-end business requirements, delivery plans, UAT testing, and communications.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Product Owner with strong ownership and accountability.
- Technical background in software development, preferably with business intelligence and data visualization experience.
- Experience working with Agile methodology and producing clear, concise business requirements and user stories.
- Work Experience Required: 7 years as Product Owner
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with PMO and Content Operations for business and technology alignment.
- Customer-centric with the ability to translate customer needs into prioritized product backlog items.
- Skilled in defining measurable product outcomes and collaborating in large-scale Agile ceremonies like PI Planning and Iteration Planning.
